Hi there, thanks for visiting my website! My name is Matt Infield, I'm the Sports Director for WSAW and WZAW in Wausau, Wisconsin. I've been in the Badger State since August 2018, which has given me the awesome opportunity to cover teams such as the Green Bay Packers, Wisconsin Badgers, Milwaukee Brewers, plus every kind of prep sport you can think of. My work was recognized by the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association for "Best Sportscast" and "Best Sports Reporting" in 2020.

A little bit about me personally, I was born and raised on in Valley Stream, New York (about a half hour east of NYC). I am an alum of the University of South Florida (Go Bulls), graduating with a degree in Mass Communications with a focus in broadcast news in August 2016. I'm a die-hard fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, New York Jets, New York Knicks, and Dale Earnhardt Jr. (You read that right, the Long Island kid loves NASCAR).  In my free time, you can catch me hanging out with friends, playing video games, and going to the gym.
